Everyday Space

This project involved the creation of a single-storey side extension to provide a spacious new utility and shower room, improving the functionality of the existing family home.

The extension was designed to sit comfortably alongside the original property, with matching brickwork, roof tiles and window details helping the new addition blend into the existing house.

​

Internally, the new space provides a bright and practical utility area with direct access to the garden, giving the homeowners a much more usable everyday space for laundry, storage and family life.

A new shower room was also incorporated, adding flexibility to the ground floor layout and improving the overall practicality of the home.

 

The result is a modest but highly useful extension that enhances the property without overpowering its existing character.
