The Rental Rework

This project involved the refurbishment and conversion of a run-down existing house into a practical house in multiple occupation.

 

The works brought the property back into a usable condition, creating individual bedrooms alongside shared kitchen, living, bathroom and utility facilities.

The design focused on making the best use of the existing building, improving the internal layout to provide functional shared accommodation while retaining clear, simple spaces throughout.

 

The completed scheme provides a more efficient use of the property and creates a refreshed home suited to modern shared living.

Externally, the works helped improve the appearance and usability of the property, with updated openings, a tidier rear elevation and access to a private garden area for residents.
