Woodland Outlook

This project transformed an existing dwelling into a spacious, contemporary home set within a mature, tree-lined plot. The design modernised the property both inside and out, introducing a fresh rendered finish, dark contrasting details, updated glazing and a cleaner, more cohesive external appearance.

Internally, the home was reworked to create a much brighter and more open layout.

The vaulted living spaces, rooflights and large areas of glazing bring natural light deep into the home, while framing views out towards the surrounding garden.

The kitchen, dining and lounge areas now feel connected, calm and practical, creating a home that works beautifully for everyday living as well as entertaining.

The wider design also makes the most of the site’s changing levels, with a generous raised terrace providing an outdoor living space that sits among the trees. The result is a modern, light-filled home that feels carefully connected to its woodland setting.
