Throstles Nest

This project involved the renovation and refurbishment of The Throstles Nest, a traditional public house with a strong local identity.

 

The works carefully refreshed the building while retaining the warm, characterful feel of a classic pub, with dark timber finishes, traditional detailing and atmospheric lighting helping to preserve its charm.

Externally, the building was given a bold new appearance with a darker finish, updated signage, improved outdoor areas and solar panels added to the roof.

 

A key part of the project was the creation of a rooftop terrace, providing a new outdoor seating area and giving the pub a distinctive new feature for customers to enjoy.

The result is a characterful pub renovation that respects the building’s traditional roots while improving its facilities, appearance and customer experience.
